Job Description:
A company is looking for a Vice President, DGC Ethics &
Compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, assess, and manage legal and regulatory risks while
coordinating with other functions for effective implementation
Lead the Ethics & Compliance team, setting strategy, goals, and
performance standards
Monitor and report on program effectiveness to stakeholders,
ensuring compliance with laws and regulations
Required Qualifications
Degree in Law or other relevant qualification
15+ years of experience in compliance and/or ethics, preferably in
a top-tier law firm or in-house role
Experience in implementing ethics and compliance program strategies
for large, global organizations
Understanding of ethics and compliance risk assessment and
management practices
Experience in building effective Ethics Compliance training and
communication programs
